The Emergency Neck Lead, at roughly 3 inches long folded into its cover, and less than an inch tall off the collar is a compact collar mounted lead that can always be attached to your dogs collar in the event that your primary leash breaks or your dog is off lead and you need a leash quickly. Perfect for Police/Military working dogs, Hunting dogs, and Adventure dogs.
Just grab the loop and pull! The leash will slide out of the cover extending to a short roughly 21 inch lead to have secure control over your dog while still being able to walk and maneuver if needed without stepping on your dog.
Once deployed the lead is easily re-packaged by opening up the Velcro closure folding the lead accordion style and and re-sealing the Velcro closure.
The lead itself is created from climbing spec 1″ tubular webbing with a tensile strength of over 4k lbs according to the webbing manufacture. The Sleeve is made from 500D or 1000D Cordura depending on the color you choose to offer a rugged abrasion resistant sleeve to carry and protect the lead in a nice compact package always at the ready.
Neck leads are made to order with custom color options to match to you or your dogs gear/uniform if needed or desired.
